Name of your website		required (max 80 characters)
Main topic for your website		required (max 200 characters) e.g. a hotel on the outskirts of colchester
Your email address		required (max 200 characters)
Address of your page with a link to frinton.org		this MUST be the page you placed a link to us on.
		e.g. http://www.mypage.co.uk/links.htm tip if you visit the page on your site with the link to us you can cut and paste this from the address bar
Security Code		(this is to prevent spam) required this is case sensitive enter UPPER or lower case as shown in the image
